Accomodations at Kimball Terrace Inn

Above Rates apply for single or double occupancy. An additional $10.00 is charged for each 3rd and additional person over the age of 5 years, children 5 years and under stay for free. Cots and cribs are $10.00 per night. Refrigerators are available for $10.00 per Day. No more than 5 people to a room.

Above rates Do not include the 7% Maine State Lodging Tax. (Lodging Tax Subject to Change) Non-smoking rooms available. All rooms are air conditioned. No pets.

Please make plans well in advance to assure the accommodations you desire will be available. A deposit in the amount of one nights stay is required to confirm all reservations. Seven days notice prior to arrival date is required for a deposit refund for cancelled rooms.  A service charge of $10 is applied to all cancelled reservations.
